cut\move feature does not work just copy is working !!!

Try :

Reboot into recovery > clear dalvik.

did that before update from 2.2.10 to 2.2.17.
did it just now, for now it seems it works...

One of the important things to remember folks, these development ROMS tend to be very experimental and as such often require the user / tester to wipe data and caches. Best advice is backup often before new development ROMs are published then follow the steps Pele has outlined
