It's not yet uploaded to SourceForge, according to the staff, there are slowness issues. Don't worry, it'll be there soon.

For now you can upgrade it with the version that one member have uploaded to mega or wait to the oher one:

The improved package released internally fixes the problem.

EDIT:
For those waiting for a new package on sourceforge. I am sharing a link to a private repository. I have uploaded a fixed package with the "modem.img" already replaced with the global version (2.0.9.0) and the rooted "boot.img" (Magisk Canary Debug 29001). For those who do not want root, the shared folder also contains the original "boot.img" (you can replace it in the package or using fastboot commands)
