2/ Can I found a global/international version ?
3/ Phone are unlocked ?

it is very unlikely to find a global version in china, should not be my expectation,
in any case the phone will be locked and will suffer less LTE bands support.

Better keep watching global versions at aliexpress or at france shop opening during springtime.
There is also a mi store in barcelona that will sell the right version.
