It's a weird bug that started happening few days ago - no app installs, no system updates (at least not manual).
My earphones connect normally, but after few seconds they auto reconnect and in volume I no longer see the icon of headphones (but music still goes there and in notification bar I still see the icon).
This itself would be just a visual bug, but when I use music player with headphone only effects, they stop working after the reconnect.
