is there a way to change calendar's starting day to sunday? i can't seem to find it in the settings. must have missed it

If you choose english(U.S.) as your system language the calendar starting day will be sunday.

i am using English(UK) since when using English(US) it automatically adds dashes to contact numbers, i tried disabling attribution but no luck.
