New Call not heard

I'm presently having issue been heard from if I make call or received call..mostly especially this new latest rom 3.7.12..even viber I notice that too... Anyone notice that..I'm still having issue with it on my device oppo find 5

I have xiaomi 2S (MIUI-JLB20.0). I can't hear people calling me, but they do hear me.
When I dail someone, I don't have dail-tone...
I bought my phone at iBuyGou and mail them.
Don't know if the reply with tips to solve this problem.

Hi

I had this with a 3.7.5 Rom I downloaded and re flashed with 3.7.12 and it sorted my issues. I have recently upgraded 3.7.19 and it's been fine. I am on a 32gb mi2sc from Ibuygou as well.

My problem disappears now. Like I encounter it few weeks before.
But I noticed that the sound is low. I don't hear people clearly (speaker on MAX).

I'm newby. Sorry.
Is Rom the Kernel version from settings-about phone?
My is then on 3.4.0. How do I flash the ROM?

Do you have a systems update option when you goto about phone in system settings as per the screen shot?

I do have update option and it says that I'm on the latest version.
I see that your MIUI version is "MIUI-3.7.19" and my is on "MIUI-JLB20.0".

My sound is gone again. I don't hear people calling me.
Will your version solve this problem?

I really wouldn't know which rom to advise you to flash given the version you are on sorry. Reading this http://en.miui.com/thread-3635-1-1.html it sounds like an issue with your rom version that miui need to fix.
