New Call Quality Is Hopeless - Whatsapp

Hi everyone. I have a problem with call quality on WhatsApp. When in call on 4G so i cant understand what they say to me and reverse, all times small disconnecting, "robot" very quiet sound, but then i move on Wifi (i dont have super internet but is good enough to all things what we do on internet day by day) calling have a nice quality first one minutes then i listen more often and often minutes by minutes "robot" very quiet sound. Today i update WhatsApp to the newest version and install xiaomi.eu newest weekly rom.
Any ideas?

Telegram has superior call quality over whatsapp.
