Calls being blocked

Since the latest update I've just noticed that certain calls are being blocked, I think it's just withheld numbers.
I have nothing set in the firewall but I do use quiet hours, which is currently not active.
I'll get a screenshot, can someone explain how I can disable this and get calls to ring please!

Self solved, opened guard app.
Odd, I never activated that!
