Camera in-app sounds

Hi all,

I'm on a Mi 10 (umi) 14.0.3.0 and noticed that in the camera app if you switch from any mode to another e.g. video to photo there is a "click" sound.
Any possibility to turn that off?
Tried to find something already but all results are either related to the shutter sound or I'm not finding anything at all.

The "click" sound doesn't come from the speaker, but from the camera lens that is moving.

Thanks for clarifying, but I'm 100% sure on MIUI 13.0.8.0 and before the camera lens didn't move when changing from video to photo or any other mode.
So an update for the camera app made the lens start to move on mode switch?
And if I shake my phone I can hear that sound, I never noticed that before.

I once had a Mi Note 10 with MIUI 13, and the camera also made that noise. My Mi 10 Pro was already making this noise when it still was on MIUI 12. It has something to do with the image stabilizer. I believe it's impossible that the noise occurred only after the update.
