Camera In Bw And Up-side-down

All out of the blue the camera is in BW and up-side-down. Already did an update to 9.1.3 stable and Android 7. This was not the solution of the problem...

Anybody has a suggestion?

Just some attempts:
- try deleting camera app data
- try a factory reset
In the official Camera app there should be an option to reset settings, did you try that one?

Yes tried all of that

Are you sure you have flashed the correct ROM for your device?
What is your device and the name of the file you flashed?

Hmm, if you ask I doubt you ever took a backup with TWRP.
