I need to know if some one else suffering of this problem with camera

Check the leg of the man at left.
I noticed on other pictures as well
All in auto mode.

Waiting some reply so I can understand a maybe hardware problem

Then complain to Xiaomi. We haven't altered your camera in any way. HDR, by its nature, is designed for still shots.

I wasn't complain, I was seeking some info and maybe a fix.
Can I go to 10.2.1?

I did understand. We don't have a fix for hardware/driver/HAL issues, not possible without full source code and a testing device.
You'll most likely need a factory reset if you want to downgrade.
