Can' Connect Via Usb To Device

I don't know if i modified some settings in my phome but i'm not able to connect my pc to device : when i'm connecting to device just charge the phone, no file manager ...

My device RedMI NOte 2 Prime, Rel. MIUI 7.3 , 4.4.7 developer

Any help is appreciated.

i have the same problem... but with "MI PC Suite" programm i can in any way transfer files.. try with it and tell my u results

if enable debug usb , mi pci suite and other programs like mobilego etc, connection is successful, but if not enable no way to go in with explorer or other pc stuff.
