Yes. If you purchase dual sim card slot for te mi 10 pro, unlock the bootloader and flash xiaomi.eu ROM should be able to make two SIM cards working.

The second sim slot exist in all devices. Outside china device is shiped with different SIM tray, witch can not take two cards and the global rom has limited to recognize only one slot. If you get dual slot for $1-2 and flash xiaomi.eu ROM it will works without any problems with 2 sims.
