Can I flash stable from weekly?

Hey everyone.

So i just installed the latest weekly version on my 9T a few hours ago (miui 12.2 android 11) and it's really buggy, so I'm wondering if I can go to the stable version instead. Though I am now running miui 12.2 and android 11, Do i have to wait until stable catches up to weekly's version, or can I go flash without any problem?

You really shouldn't flash Stable over Weekly, even more so when they're different Android versions.
Clean flash if you want to go to a different version.
