Can I install the 9T Pro/K20 Pro ROM on the normal 9T/K20?

I want to use Android Q, and I see it's only supported on those ROMs, I am wondering if I'm able to use that ROM on my device considering the similarity between the devices.

They are two entirely different devices with different SoC and codename. There's no way you could run a 9T Pro ROM on 9T.
