can I update MI10Lite5g whit rom of xiaomi,.eu?

hi everyone, I just got MI10 lite 5g and already requested the unblocking.
I saw that today there is both twrp and xiaomi.eu 12 stable for the 5G version, monet, code m2002j9g.
does anyone confirm that it has xiaomi dialer with call recording? I change it just for that!
I now have the official version 12.1.3.0 .... but xiaomi.eu is 12.1.2.0 ..... can I change it without problems?

i also hate the google dialler and message apps on the global rom. i will also change if it has xiaomi dialer and message app.After installing please give feedback on features and performance.
