CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME! (Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G)

So I tried getting custom recovery on my Redmi Note 13 pro 4g and flashed a .img and then I got stuck in a boot loop with no access to recovery or fastboot and I tries everything but nothing helped me get out of it what should I do please help me.
