New Cancro (mi4w), Miui 7.5 Stable Lags

Hi,
i am usning the MIUI 7.5 stable ROM with my Xiaomi Mi4. However, when i pull notification shade and then press recents the animation lags. For some people it is not big deal, but for me it is big deal. i tried all MIUI 7 roms from you, and all have this bug. I lnow there is MIUI 8. but it sucks. Any solution? Thanks

Factory reset it or install latest stable.

I always do clean install, so it must be problem baked into the ROM, as all MIUI 7 Stable from Xiaomi.eu have it. Even the 4.4.
