New Cannot revert back to older weekly build

I've installed the latest weekly on my Redmi K20 Pro, 9.12.12. And a few things stopped working, actually since 9.12.*.

• No 5.8G wifi anymore
• VPN stopped working on second space.

I tried to revert to 9.11.28 and to stable V11.0.4.0.QFKCNXM_v11-10 through TWRP like I always install and device bootloops and goes to recovery.

Seems you stay encrypted. check if TWRP decrypt 100% all folders.

It's not a good idea to go from beta to stable on dirty flash, would that be your problem, format data in recovery, NOT WIPE...
