Why on miui stable I can't add mms apn?I've recorded screen.

Same issue has on miui global stable and miui Taiwan stable

I recorded it on xiaomi.eu rom so eu has this bug too

And you said that it happens on Global ROM too, so it's a MIUI issue, not our ROM issue.

its not that simple . on your rom and global/eeu rom mms works without apns. on taiwan mms dont work.
first i dont understand how mms can work without mms apn

is it possible as far as you know to change region on miui taiwan ?there is no such option in setting. but I suspect thats why mms in taiwan rom doesnt work i UE

If the setting isn't there, then the region is hardcoded and no other regions have been included. If there are no regions to pick from, the setting is hidden.
