Cant boot into twrp ... What now ??

Hi guys

so im kinda noob in software and stuff so i wanted to go easy.
I downloaded xiaomitoolv2 and i unlocked the bootloader , afetr waiting 1 week.

Then i tried to flash twrp, the phone rebooted , everything ok.
then it booted fine , i went again in dev options allow usb debbuging , and i tried to boot in recovery .
it showed MI recovery 3.0 and i wasnt able to boot , i got stuck in recovery menu.
then i wipe data and it booted fine again.
tried to flash again twrp. with the same problem , didnt boot in twrp.
Now , how can i install xiaomi.eu ?? i cant access to twrp...
Can i install xiaomi.eu from xiaomitools withowt boot in twrp?

By the way , i dont know how to use adb

try to flash the global first because u can do that w/ the miflashing tool, see if u can boot
