Can't finishing installing rom.eu

Hello everyone, I unlocked my Mi11pro and installed TWRP following the steps to it. I entered to TWRP succesfully, but when I tried to copy the ROM from the laptop to the phone storage (while I was in the TWRP) it wouldn't work and it wouldn't show it in the Install options. I went out of recovery, copied the room into teh storage after giving the acces from the phone to transfer data, switched off and went back to recovery. Then i couldn't go to recovery, as it was bringing me directly to fastboot instead of TRWP, so being in fastboot I introduced the commands to go to recovery. Once there i cheked again and the room was not there. In fact theres nothing on my storage, its looking completely empty. So I tried once again to go out, but this time would bring me directly to Fastboot, with no option to get out from there. I tried to press on/off botton for 10 secs but when its starting it goes directly to fasboot. From fastboot I tried to acces to TWRP with my laptop and i got this message:

"FAILED (remote: Failed to load/authenticate boot image: Load Error)
finished. total time: 4.406s
C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot>"

What's wrong? What can I do? The first problem was the data was not there and now i can't even go out of fasboot.

which rom version did you downloaded? weekly, stable, android 11 or android 12? did you format not wipe data if it is your first installation?

I got the last version of the stable ROM, the V12.5.20.0. Its the first installation, and i think i didn't touch anything on the wipe section before trying to install the rom, as normally you have to do it after the rom is flashed, but the problem is that the rom was never there.
Also important, when i connected mi phone to the laptop while being in twrp, the laptot wouldn't recognize the phone, I couldn't enter the phone storage from my laptop.

I must say that I updated the previous chinese ROM to the latest available before installing the TWRP. Now i can't get out of fasboot mode; not volume+ and on/off, and not on/off.
Im really nob in the rom flashing, I'd appreciate a lot some help pls! thanks!!

did you format data with twrp? not wipe! if its your first installation you have to format data. is your bootloader unlocked, did you try to install xiaomi.eu rom? what did you do in detail and which rom version did you install android 11 or 12?

if you press powerbutton for 10s it will reboot

you can install twrp again if it is away or you can boot into it

# fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
# fastboot boot twrp.img

I can't go into recovery, I tried several times with all the commands, and i always get this mesagge:

It looks like i just can't get out of fastboot mode...

I just tried to fix it with xiaomi mi tool v2 and I got this message:
Type of error: info_retrive_failed
Description: Failed to get a fastboot image for this device: mars_stable_cmcc

put adb, fastboot and the correct twrp.img into a folder like c:\test and try it again

we can only try to help if you describe what you did in detail. miflas as example: did you extract the fastboot image into a path like c:\fastboot and my questions before

Now im running on the Stable Global version 12.5.7. For the moment it looks great, and its working fine, but I'm wondering if I should stay on this ROM, as my initial plan was to install the eu rom, but im now afraid of trying to install again the twrp and flash it...
What are the disadvantages of this rom? Is it worth it to stay or should it take the risk to flash again the eu rom?
