can't flash recovery

hello,
i own sense yesterday 2 xiaomi hongmi red rice , i did a root and flashed recovery as shown in the guide.
when i'm booting into recovery i'm getting this image (like scrambling lines...) and then the phone freezes for a few seconds and then reboots..

i don't know what to do..
i tried several cmw files..

I have same problem, try with twrp, work fine.

thanks ! flashed twrp and now i have a custom recovery...
but now i have a diffrent problam. i'm tried to flashed
miuiandroid_multi_HM2013023_WCDMA_JHBCNAL5.0_jb-4.2.zip
(after doing a wipe) and i get this massage..
and the phone doesnt boot.. stuck on the mi logo.
what to do?

Very strange. Maybe zip file is corrupt, try download again and flash again. Mount storage from recovery.
