Try by going to settings > apps > permissions> search pay > read your contacts > set like attachment:

If not working, try clearing cache and eventually data of Gplay Services, GSF and Google Play Store (and Google Pay if u want), then reboot to twrp and wipe dalvik/cache

There is no Weekly ROM update this week because of China holidays (Labor Day => 2021/05/01 to 05/05).
