New can't install latest MIUI 4.1.3 on Lenovo A820

I have wiped data, cache and dalvik. i chose install from zip. the zip file installs ok. when i reboot i get a boot screen with xiaomi.com logo. next nothing happens. just a xiaomi.com logo. i have the latest clockwork mod 6.0.4.0 installed. i have also changed partition to 2.7gb. please help. thanks.
