Can't make calls

I've got an Ultra with the xiaomi.eu rom installed and rooted.
Using my (T-mobile US) SIM, I can't seem to make a call whether on wifi or not. I know this was working in the past when I first installed the rom a few months ago, not sure what happened.
I can receive calls just fine.
I also use google voice and can make and receive calls on there.

Any tips

did you solve this issue? I have a similar issue where I can't make calls and nor can I receive them. SMS and internet and calling through WhatsApp works fine.
