Can't Receive / Make Calls When I Have 4g

On my mi mix2 I have some problems when my phone is connected to 4G network, unfortunately my isp don't have VoLTE for the moment and the problem is:
When someone is calling me, the phone switch to 3G but nothing happens.
When i'm in 4G and trying to make calls, the phone switch to 3G but nothing happens.

Could the xiaomi.eu team can fix / solve the issue it 'll be nice

Got the same problem.

I change the band to Lte/td-scdma/GSM

Now i can phone and got Always 4G

Tested on Mi Mix 2, 7.12.7_1 ROM, with Smart Philippines as operator, all OK.

CSFB to 3G is fine, significant time delay for call setup/connection due to network issues (high 3G interference, multiple SIB readings before 3G network RRC Connection Request).

I have full L3 logs captured, there is no issue here (no VoLTE available).

SIM 1 configured for "Global/TD-SCDMA" using *#*#4636#*#* command.

Ok so for you everything is ok??
Here in France some peoples have many issues with the Mi mix 2 with Free Provider. No phone calls when 4G is selected an no 4G+.
Please solve this issue as soon as possiblei t is a very boring situation!!

Ca fonctionne mais ce n'est pas parfait...
Chaque fois que tu coupes le Gsm, faut refaire la manipulation...
C'est clair qu'il serait temps de résoudre ce probleme...

HI,

For you this manipulation solve your issue but here for us it doesn't. No solution, we must stay in 3G if we want to make or recieve phon calls.
