New Can't Recharge My Balance Using Ussd

found new bug on MIUI 8.3 7.5.4 ,i can't recharge my balance using USSD Code,it gives the error "Number Too Long" .

USSD recharge/refill in my country consist of *Oprand Code*Card Number*Resident ID# .


anyone face similar issue ?
