Can't Recieve Notifications

Popular apps works perfectly like whatsapp , gmail and system apps but my other apps not working can't recieve any notifications (steam, facebook, otherchat programs , retailers programs ,games )

how to i fix this problem

miui version 7.7.20

First enable auto start for these programs by going to the security app>permissions> autostart
If it still doesn't work then lock them in memory from the recent panel. (Sliding the card down and locking it)
