New CAN'T RESTORE MY GOOGLE BACK UP NOR MY XIAOMI CLOUD BACKUP (POCO F3)

Hi:

I have recently installed Xiaomi.eu and i could't restore my Google backup nor my Xiaomi Cloud back up. When I was installing the EU, the system didn't give me the option to restore the Google bakcup nor the Xiaomi back up. When i went to Google One, i was able to see my last Google Backup but not able to restore it. Same with Xiaomi Cloud, but in this case i had the option to eliminate it.

Has anyone any solution, or any explanation, with this sad ¿bug?
