2.Install GoogleServicesFramework.apk+ContactsSyncAdapter.apk+GoogleCalendarSyncAdapter.apk+Google Play.apk

no need to root it, just install apps and allow permissions and u need " GoogleServicesFramework+ContactsSyncAdapter+GoogleCalendarSyncAdapter+Google Play"

Just unistall the playstore and install it again.
And you can run the playstore app.

Make sure you have installed all the framworks of google.

currently its impossible, switch to developer version.

Hi ... for me cleaning data and cache didn't help as well as reinstalling Google Play .
Google Installer helped me with this issue.
