Can't see SMS messages need help please

When receiving sms messages a popup message appears but when I click on it to open the message in full, only a black screen appears without the content. Does anyone know the reason and can help please? The device is Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G I bought in China. Thanks
