New Can't Stop Downloads

I can't stop downloads. When i download something in Chrome, the download appears in the notifications. But there is no reaction pressing it. The download app doesn't show the running download in runnin downloads. So it can't be stopped.

I found a solution, it is the ****** xiaomi implemenation of notifications. Through a bug i could "activate" more options. When you tap 5-10 times in a row the notification bar, then pull down the notifications and you get the option to reply in WhatsApp IN the notifications and the option to cancel/pause downloads of chrome.
