Can't update Redmi Note 13 Pro+

When I try to update the system, It says "Could not install the package"
It's global 14.0.1.1 TNOINXM. What can I do to fix this problem ?
Device code is: 23090RA98I
The person from whom I bought this device says It's a server problem and going to be fixed soon.
