Hello, I made factory reset on Note 9 Pro (joyeuse, latest 12.5.5 stable)
Logged into Cloud and successfully restored backup -- everything, except SMS and phone history.
SIM card activation for those 2 services fail. I went into settings and manually confirmed activation, but nothing happen -- just sliently fail.
I changed language to English and no success, just takes longer to fail.
Strangely, I can log into cloud via system settings, receive confirmation SMS and get into.
