Is it possible for devs to implement cell broadcasting in the (land) ROM?
In the Netherlands this is used for government warnings/alarms. For instance when there is a big threat, lost/kidnapped child, terrorism etc.
In Europe Xiaomi is official available in Poland, and also with a dutch tel.provider. I think this should stimulate Xiaomi to adjust their ROM's. I know this is not the original Xiaomi site but maybe someone knows how to make this work.
