Cell Standby, beta and global roms [Mi 8 SE]

Hey,

Cell standby power consumption on 9.1.17 beta eu started to bother me, i know it is a known issue. I have two questions:

1-Is stable eu better than beta eu in terms of battery, or specifically in cell standby?

2-If i want to switch to global from my beta rom, will i face with any problems? like anti rollback or etc (sorry if this is a dumb question, i am quite new for this rom stuff)

Can i flash both with twrp 1227, without having problems with anti-rollback? And which one would you suggest?

Test both. Factory reset needed. I had 1102 on 8.12.20 and 1227 on 9.1.3

A final question, while you meant factory reset, is it done via settings or while flashing the new rom? Will I be able to recover my data somehow?

Via twrp. Make backup before. You will lost all data. Better to not restore to older version apps from new version
