Change from globeROM (********.rom) to xiaomi.eu

Dear all,

currently i'm using a.m. globeROM on my Mi5S. Due to missing OTA-capability and delays in release of new ROM's i'm thinking about changing from globeROM to xiaomi.eu-ROM.
Can i just take the newest xiaomi.eu-ROM and flash it over the older globeROM or is there anything i've to pay attention for?

can you tell me how i can change from that GlobeROM to xiaomi.eu-ROM ? Is it possible to just crossflash ?
