Hello,
yesterday my phone started behaving really slow and unresponsive, probably due to the very full storage (I've been deleting stuff and filling it up again for a while now). Despite deleting more than 200MBs of stuff, after rebooting it a second time, it stopped turning on. I can just see the Mi logo, it vibrates, and then a green screen flickers for a split second and the screen turns black again. (like in this thread https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/xiaomi-mi-11-ultra-green-screen-and-reboot.73385/)
I successfully managed to access the TWRP interface and connect the phone to my pc.
At first, I tried cleaning Dalvik and Cache, but to no avail.
I have then moved some files from my camera folder to the PC, then deleted them through windows' file explorer. After rebooting and still seeing the files there, I tried deleting them manually through TWRP, but then again after rebooting (even if I cleared cache beforehand) the files were still there. I even tried to delete some files through adb using rm but the results were still the same.
I tried using adb shell sync but it did not change anything. Everytime I run adb shell sf -h /data use is always 99% (2.6G free), even though I deleted some files larger than 1GB, and even deleted .globalTrash. (probably the same issue as this guy https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads...ecovery-is-not-persisting-after-reboot.75897/).

I am on TWRP 3.7.1, which I see is causing some trouble...
OS: OS2.0.1.0.UKACNXM
