I just bought a new Class 6 MicroSD card. How do I change the card without re-flashing the MIUI rom? Do I just create the partitions accordingly and move the files to the new MicroSD card.

The best thing you could do would be nandroid back up the rom, and transfer the nandroid backup files onto the class 6 card. Make sure you make the exact folders and put in the sd card and restore with the back up
yeah, just do full backup, and copy over all the files from the SD card, then apply the backup on the phone. it should be fine.
