Changing rom question.

Hi all,

I went from Global Stable Rom to Global Dev ROM (i had the bootloader locked)

now my bootloader is unlocked and i would like to use this xiaomi.eu ROM

My questions are:
1) What version of TWRP should i install for this ROM?
2) If i would like to install the weekly rom, do i need to install stable first and then update to weekly or i can do it directly?

Global Stable and Global Dev are both encrypted. In order to install xiaomi.eu rom you have to format data (not just wipe system, data, etc.) in TWRP.

Just to confirm, i can install TWRP via fastboot right now with global dev, right? Will i need to wipe data to do this?

wipe is not needed to install twrp
