"Checkpoint error" while changing room from RU to Global.

Hi there.
I have redmi 9C NFC 3/32 gb
I'm try to cahnge Room from RU to GLOBAL I got error masssage (Check point error!) And I suddenly my phone exit from Fastboot mode and It turned off. And I try to switch on my phone I can't anything. Even I can't enter fastboot mode. Plese help me. My phone was unlocked.
