China Developer And Bootloader Unlocked On Mi5

I need to unlock two mi5 and i following the guide on the top part of this topic.

Unfortunately in this guide is missing the first part related to the China developer installation, someone can link to me some guide for this part?

But is not possible to unlock the bootloader if i don't install the China developer correct?
So i need a guide to make this missing step...

I need the tutorial to update that , correct?
I need to understand how i can change the ROM from China stable to China developer...
