China Rom Stable Update

Last version of xiaomi.eu stable version is 9.0.3.0 (great build, thanks!) but there is a new version on en.miui.com with v9.0.5.0
Its the same release or different version?
Update from xiaomi.eu for stable version is monthly?
Last question: there is a thread/forum for stable users?
