In latest release when using text message, emoticons have reverted to Chinese ?

To reiterate, when you type a text message, the emoticon pictures are now showing Chinese instead of the "smileys"

had this problem also, and it's better to post screenshot, rather than a logcat in these kind of scenarios...

still availbe on the latest but with new icons not the Emoji only the shortcut
