Resolved Chinese in Recommended Messeges

kindly be informed that I found Chinese messages in your roms in the following location
open sms >New Message>Attachment Button > Recommended
you will find a lot of Chinese recommended sms

High this is not a bug, but it is known. We are aware of this.

There is like 10301231230123 things in that list. We already removed the main tab of the Recommended list. You can live with one little button

Remove that button is a bit more difficult. It seems that list is inflated on runtime and not simply an XML config.
