Clean Install From Global Stable Miui 8 To Xiaomi Eu!

Hi! i want to change the rom of mi mi5 from global stable to xiaomi eu stable. I have unlocked bootloader, but im not quite sure about how to do that. I have read that i have to install TWRP. and then flash rom, isnt it?

Yes ,first do local backup and than install twrp.....

Ok, but if i want a clean install, i forget about backup, and how can i install TWRP?
