There is cm rom but still buggy.. Try ressurection remix on xda.. The only bug was video recording but still can use third party app like footej. .

Pointless to ask until we get the official go ahead for kernel sources. Without those there's not even a proper base to start out for devs and even if they can magically hack up the fixes it's a huge PITA that they don't need. Whatever CM-based builds that's ported out of the Chinese forums are actually "localized" unofficial versions that's riddled with Chinese apps and services. Look maybe our good Chinese friends need those but we sure don't and I fairly certain "upstream" (proper team CM etc) totally frown upon those ROMs being called as it is, instead of something else that's kanged.
