Computer don't see the phone, and phone is not charging

Hi,
after installing the latest version of MIUI for WCDMA phone stopped charging.
Charging is only possible when phone switched off. Wipe and go back to an older version of MIUI has not helped. How to fix it ?

Mine won't charging even in off condition.

Is it the multi language ROM from this forum?

Please state the MIUI version from Settings -> About phone. Also all others please who are facing this issue.
