11 ultra wifi

Wifi stopped working after updating to hyperos. Sometimes it will come back after restarting phone couple of times but then dies again...
This has been happening for a long time and I decided to wipe all data and see if it will fix issue but it didn't help at all, wifi still doesn't work properly.

I have mi 11 ultra CH on hyperos 1.0.5 with unlocked bootloader. Is there any way I can downgrade back to miui? And see if this will fix the issue with wifi

Sim Mobile Data doesnt works on 11 Ultra anymore. It was on 1.0.4.0 Hyper OS for somedays. Now it Shows "no service". Sometimes my Simcard works for a short time. . Update to 1.0.5.0 doesnt helps.
